Local document processing
GoPaperShift is designed to process documents locally in customer-selected libraries. Ordinary PDF, OCR, image-processing, indexing and search workflows do not routinely upload document contents to the publisher. Customer documents remain customer-owned.
Information that may be processed
Purchases, licensing, activation, recovery and support may involve customer contact or billing details, order and transaction references, payment status, licence entitlements, device or installation identifiers, activation records, limited technical and security records, and support correspondence.
Support materials
If you voluntarily send documents, diagnostic files or other materials for troubleshooting, they are handled as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and for related legal or security obligations. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Payments and website technology
Payment processing is not active on these pages. The payment provider, production checkout data flows, website cookies and associated disclosures will be confirmed before commercial payment processing begins. No statement here should be read as confirmation that a payment integration is live.
Retention and privacy requests
Personal information is retained only as reasonably necessary for purchase administration, activation, recovery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law, contact support@gopapershift.com.
